Design Statement:
Inspired by her personal journey as a young emerging fashion designer, ‘Metamorphosis’ is a collection that emerges from the idea of the transformation of a butterfly. Brielle has poured her heart and soul into creating a collection that eloquently weaves together elements of how she has grown and flourished in her skill set and abilities, and learning what she is capable of, when bringing an idea to life. With big butterfly silhouettes, embellishments, sequins, stand-out fabrics and colours, this collection consists of three mini dresses that embody the idea of a butterfly. Just like a butterfly growing its wings and coming into its own, Brielle resonates with the metaphor of what the idea of Metamorphosis means.
